Alaya’s workshops are powerfully transformative for me. Alaya creates a juicy, fun, soulful experience that wraps practical life and love skills in a warm blanket of authentic meaning and connection. My first weekend with her and the beautiful community she gathered, coming shortly after the close of my first marriage, reconnected me to my deepest self, to others, and to my chosen life mission. My outlook soared and I felt a sense of calm resolve that has helped me face challenges with steady courage and pursue a life that for me has meaning and purpose.

Being under Alaya's hands is a delicious and nurturing journey. She has precise anatomical knowledge, working deeply and effectively with stuck and damaged areas. But this is combined with a tender sensitivity so there is never an ouch as she works out the kinks. Alaya's sensuous touch flows over the whole body, gorgeous essential oils and heatpacks along the way. Her caring always allows me to fall into a state of love with my body. No matter how contacted and hurting I felt on arrival, I leave feeling renewed in both body and heart.
Alaya has always been an intrepid explorer of many different paths and practices. In her role as a workshop leader she brings a wealth of knowledge about the body, health, movement, the heart and the spirit. Whether she adresses cleansing or self knowledge or vision quest, her guidance is supportive and encouraging.

Lying on the warm soft table, feel those hands inviting me to let go and receive, I breathe and sink deeper into the table and myself. Around, up down , this side , the other , she does her dance. I leave and sometimes days latter still feel the flavor and the gratitude in my heart for being able to receive this work. Alaya is one of the best bodyworkers,"world class I like to say,” that I have experienced and I have experienced much.
